Describe a typical day in your busy life
A typical day for me starts with exercise followed by my mom duties of getting kids fed and off to school, camp or their sports practices. I schedule work meetings with clients, showings and office time strategically. My evenings are a mix of kids and work, depending on the day of the week. I always like to be home to tuck in my kids at night!

Your favorite lunch spot in Chicago?
I like Left Coast for lunch on the run or Gibson's if I have extra time during lunch.
-
What will we find in your Julia Everywhere Tote?
I always have sunscreen, keys, my Macbook, phone, tennis or workout clothes, shoes, my make-up bag, brochures for my listings and business cards.
-
The one thing in your tote that you can't live without?
Being a real estate broker, I cannot live without my phone or MacBook.
-
What is your fitness routine?
I love being active. In the fall/winter, you will find me playing platform tennis at Midtown three times a week. In the Spring/Summer, I like to play tennis, I mix in yoga and Pilates once a week and I love Orange Theory for their weights and cardio.
-
Your favorite neighborhood in Chicago?
I love North Center - I fell in love with the front porches 16 years ago and never left! And a close second is Lincoln Park lakefront area.
-
What book are you reading now?
I have a lot of books on my kindle at once but I am currently reading The Hideaway by Lauren Denton.
-
What is a simple recipe that is loved by your whole family?
I have an awesome cranberry sauce recipe with tart cherries I always make around the holidays.

What is the current housing market trend in Chicago?
Right now in Chicago, buyers want move-in ready homes that are close to transportation, highly walkable and must have some outdoor space. With condos, private rooftop decks and balconies are very desirable. I work with my listing clients to do the prep work prior to listing so buyers can just move right in.
