Order Processing

Orders placed by 1 pm CST from Monday to Friday will be processed on that same day that your order is received. Orders placed after 1 pm CST from Monday to Friday will be processed the next business day. 

Please kindly note that we don't process orders on weekends. therefore, orders placed after 1 pm CST on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Shipping 

Currently, we only ship to U.S. addresses. We are unfortunately not able to ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping is FREE for orders over $50 via USPS Priority Mail. You can expect your handbag within 3-5 days of shipment after your order is processed.

Expedited delivery is available for an additional charge. For additional shipping options and cost, you can get a quick rate based on your shipping destination by entering your state and zip code during checkout.

Return 

We want you to love our bags! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer FREE 30 days return policy on non-sale goods. 

Once you place your order on our store, you will receive an email from us that contains a link to your return shipping label. 

Simply print out and affix the shipping label on your package and ship it back to us! It's that simple!

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, in the mean time your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for your credit to be shown on your bank statement.

Sale items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the regular return process and place a new order on our store if you are not happy with your purchase.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer shipping options to locations outside of the U.S.

Order Cancellation

All orders are processed immediately upon receipt. We are proud of our efficient ordering system, so unfortunately, this means you can not cancel your order after it has been placed. Should you need to change your order or return an item, please follow the regular return procedure above once you receive your item(s).

Cleaning & Caring for your Bags

All Petit Blue bags are waterproof, but we still recommend you wipe off any water or moisture if your bag is exposed to the elements. To remove any stains, use a mild soap or dishwashing detergent and cold water; the stain should come off easily.
